Our processing facilities play a crucial role in transforming raw agricultural products into value-added products and ingredients for various industries. Here’s an elaboration on each of our agricultural processing facilities:
  • Feed Mill: The farm has a 6.5 tons / hr. hammer mill and mixer for livestock feed formulation as well as five units of 8 tons grain silos. The feed mill also has a pelletizer to produce feeds for aquaculture. The farm currently formulates feed for the farm’s poultry and piggery operations.
  • Soya Bean Oil Production: 0.25 tons / hr. soybean oil production plant with the production of soya bean meal as a by-product. The soya bean meal is further used in combination with maize, vitamins, and other additives for livestock feed formulation at the feed mill. The soya bean oil processing facility also has two units of 8 tons grain silos for the storage of soya bean.
  • Oil Palm Processing: 0.25 tons / hr. crude palm oil production plant utilizing fresh fruit bunch from the 12 hectares oil palm plantation within the farm.
  • Livestock Processing: There is an abattoir for the culling and processing of broiler birds and pigs as well as fish cleaning. The abattoir equally has a 20-ton cold room infrastructure.
  • Plantain Processing: The farm currently process unripe plantain into flour, a very good staple food that has tremendous health benefits in diabetic and high blood pressure management.
  • Beverage Production Beverage production department currently produce a wide range of products such as hibiscus (Zobo) drinks in 3 flavors; pineapple; ginger syrup; orange; soyabean juice cucumber juice, etc beverages, and more.
